Payment/Ordering Policy

Orders can be placed through Facebook PM, Email or by website All details will be verified prior to invoicing.

Payment is only excepted through Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp (please message me for these options) or My Website

Orders will not begin processing until payment is complete.

Some PayPal payments clear immediately and credit card payments clear next day. 

Current turnaround time is 7 business days after payment is received. Depending on supply availability Tutus may take 10 business days to complete. Please be mindful of time frame when placing order.

These are custom items, once payment has cleared we cannot offer a refund. 

You may change your order details within 3 hours of placing it. After 3 hours, please contact me immediately, if construction has begun no changes can be made.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please message me. We do my best to make sure that your idea comes to life. If we make your item to your exact specification, and you are dissatisfied with your design or color choice, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We are happy to fix/exchange/replace anything that was done incorrectly by Making the Cutts.

Please take the time to write a review, customer service is our greatest assets and I would love to know about your experience. 

Pictures are always welcomed. Please be aware photos may be featured in our Etsy shop, Facebook page, Instagram or Pinterest. All photos sent to us by email, direct message or otherwise are the property Making the Cutts.

I ship only to  addresses provided at checkout, please verify all information is correct.

 I am not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Rush Orders are available at an additional cost!!

DOMESTIC — Within the U.S., most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail
